All About me:

Well-being is very important to me and I love popping to the spa for some TLC. I think after all these years of looking after my children and grandchildren, I deserve some me time! I enjoy taking strolls in the park with my grandson Jack, who is 12 months old. He's as cute as a button and an absolute joy to take out and show off! I also love trying out recipes from Nigella and Delia - the grandchildren love her Canadian pancakes! The highlight of the week is the whole family coming round for Sunday lunch which we wash down with a couple of bottles of Merlot followed by a long walk on the Heath!

Interests: I love going on holiday and experiencing new cultures. My next trip is to Vietnam to visit the eco friendly spa, Sapa, in the North of Vietnam Mountains. I’ve been planning it for months!

Favourite Music: Cliff Richard, Donny Osmond and Elvis - you gotta love the King! I'm also a big Jools Holland fan and have seen him live many times!

Favourite TV Shows: Golden Girls, Touch of Frost, The Palace, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and How To Look Good Naked.

Favourite Movies: My Fair Lady, The Philadelphia Story, Roman Holiday - they don’t make them like they used to…what glamour!

Favourite Books: Autobiographies, Shadow of the Wind, Winter in Madrid and anything by George Elliot, Jane Austen (and Jilly Cooper!) are my favourites!

My Vitality Show Plan: Treatments, treatments, treatments! First stop is relaxing in the Vitality Day Spa, indulging in some spa treatments and enjoying some precious ‘me’ time. Then I’m heading over to the Top Santé Anti Ageing Clinic to hear tips and tricks from the experts - a girl should never stop trying to look her best!
