Cat Dugdale

Cat Dugdale has 10 years' experience in the fitness industry. She has studied on both the BA/B.Sc Science of sport and exercise program with Psychology, along with the M.Sc program module in Exercise and Health Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University College, England. She also holds certificates with the ACSM (American College of Sports medicine) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).  Cat will be taking the warm up at Pink Aerobics 2010 on 3rd October, Hyde Park.
