Fancy having fun, being part of a UK first and raising awareness for Breast Cancer Campaign? The team at Simplyhealth – headline sponsor of The Vitality Show 2010 – is seeking participants for what is being billed as the UK’s largest outdoor fitball workout! The event will see 150 women, each armed with a brightly coloured fitness ball and yoga mat (supplied free of charge and you get to keep them!) descend on Trafalgar Square and take part in a traffic stopping, 30 minute class led by celebrity trainer, Cat Dugdale (she’s trained Kiefer Sutherland!).
But here’s the really great bit! To celebrate the event, Simplyhealth will donate £15,000 to Breast Cancer Campaign – the equivalent of £100 for every participant. With the class expected to be covered by the national press, it’s guaranteed to give Breast Cancer Campaign a fantastic boost!
Fitball collection (and pumping!) for the session begins at 7.45am in Trafalgar Square – you can’t miss us – on Thursday 18 March and the whole event will be finished by 9.15am. For those who work in Central London, surely your kind-hearted boss isn’t going to object to you being just a little bit late when it’s for such a great cause!
Why not grab a few friends together and email your name(s) and contact details to fitball@pegasuspr.co.uk
